Strong metal, doesnt tear, holds great!
I used these 4080 T Slot Aluminum Extrusions to build a custom frame for my monitor setup, and they worked brilliantly! The 1000mm length was perfect for accommodating multiple monitors, and the solid construction offered excellent stability, which is exactly what I needed for a reliable, wobble-free setup. The black finish not only looks sleek but also adds a professional touch to the entire frame. The slots made it easy to position and secure brackets and accessories, allowing for a versatile, adjustable layout. Overall, these extrusions are ideal for DIY monitor frames or other high-load applications. Highly recommend! Each monitor is about 5-7 pounds.

Very rigid
I used these to add onto my sim racing rig. The space in the grooves is somewhat larger than my rig, but easily worked with. Very sturdy and rigid and perfect if you just need a couple pieces to add on.

It's T slot, what can you say. Came as advertised, packaged well no nicks or scratches

Came as expected
Got these to use for a testing rig, to stress test some of my products, and these were exactly what I wanted. These large 4080 beams are much larger than your average 3D printer extrusion and are certainly more focused on CNC machines or other such projects. For me, I'll be using them more like a construction piece than a vslot rail, but they are still very strong and easy to use since they have the standardized slots on them. I will be building a frame with these pieces and mounting a crane scale on it to do some pull tests for a product I'm working on. Since these are 500mm each, I can cut them down to the size I need fairly easily, with a hacksaw and a vice. Ends can be tapped as well. Seem pretty high quality and fairly straight out of the box.

Slots are too deep for T-nuts
Anodizing and finish are pretty good, a little rough on the ends but easily fixed with a fine file or sand paper. The biggest issue I ran into is that the slots are deeper than a regular 4080 extrusion (this appears to be the "lite" version of 4080), so T-nuts that have a retention ball or spring in them to keep from sliding around do not work and the nuts end up sliding/falling down/falling out. Not so much of an issue on a horizontal piece, but a pain if you try to use these in a vertical orientation since the nuts will just fall down.
