Good product
I use this film on my motorcycle to protect the paint in several small areas. Easy to apply, last for several years, and it doesn't affect the original paint. Great for areas where your boots may scuffs, keys may make contact, even between the seat and gas tank. Invisible when installed properly. Just spray on a little soapy water, position the film, squeegee out the water and let it dry.

Used for Louboutin
I use this to protect the bottoms of my Louboutin shoes. Works great. And wide enough for my boots.

Excellent Protection but A Bit Pricey (Also measure well)
I recently applied the 3M Clear Paint Protection Film to my high-end road bike to protect its paint from scratches and rock chips, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the results. The film lives up to its reputation for durability and clarity, offering excellent protection without altering the bike’s appearance.Applying the film was relatively straightforward, though it did require some patience and precision. The film is highly flexible and conforms well to the bike’s contours, which made the installation process smoother.Once applied, the film is nearly invisible and has held up remarkably well against various elements. It effectively repels minor scratches and rock chips, keeping the paint underneath pristine. Cleaning the film is easy; it maintains its clarity and doesn’t yellow over time. However, there are a few downsides. The film is quite pricey, and the roll doesn’t provide a large amount of coverage. Despite the name suggesting a bulk roll, there was barely enough material to cover the underside of the down tube, the drive side chain stay, and part of the top tube on my road bike. This quantity would not be sufficient for larger vehicles or even to cover a car bumper. I wish it came in larger sheets and at a more affordable price.Overall, the 3M Clear Paint Protection Film is a top-notch choice for preserving your bike's paint job while maintaining a sleek, factory-fresh look. It’s a worthwhile investment for long-term protection and peace of mind, but be sure to measure your coverage area carefully, as you will likely need more than one roll.

Good so far
Used this protective film on my dirtbike frame. It seemed to be a very small amount of film when it came but as I was installing it I realized it was plenty for my application. Went on pretty easily with a bit of heat and it looks great. You can’t even tell it’s there. Will update after a few rides once I see how it’s holding up to the elements.

Great product...
This is a great product and I used it on my gas tank to prevent my jeans from rubbing the clearcoat off the paint. Easy install. Just use a spray bottle with water, a couple drops of baby shampoo, (you can find the tiny bottles in the travel section at the grocery store), and a squeegee...I'd show a picture, but if installed correctly it's almost invisible...

Very protective, but hard to apply
Will do a great job of protecting, but very hard to put on smoothly. If you're not a professional, you're likely going to end up with some ugly bubbles no matter how careful you are.

Remove after a few years
I Love this product,it goes on well and blends in in no time at all,BUT,make sure to REMOVE it in a couple years. If you wait until it fades and cracks you WILL BE SORRY. Once it gets old,it is HOURS long process of steaming and scraping. In my case days of steaming and scraping. It's not the films fault;it's mine thinking I'll just remove it...yeah,famous last words. If this(or any film) has been on your vehicle for more than 2 years- remove it and replace it.

Too little
There is only half meters long and it cost me 13 dollars?!!! It’s not enough to wrap anything on my car!
