This is my new Go-To for breakfast!!I add a scoop over some ice, a bit of strong cold coffee, a splash of caramel syrup and top off with 2% milk. Blend and enjoy!! Great Frappe!This keeps me going till the early evening. No hunger pains and a bit of energy to keep me going.I use for the protein to get me and keep me going to get my work done.Im 58 (Yikes) and its not just for the young and body builders!!Managed to lose a few pounds in the process :)I have tried many other brands and NONE do it for me like this brand!!Many were very gritty, tasty off and left me hungry after a few hours. Not this one!It blends up super smooth and taste great!! I have only tried the chocolate so far and its a winner!!

He needs a lot of protein to recover from practices, weight training, and games, and this delivers exactly what he needs. The taste is great (he actually looks forward to drinking it), and it mixes smoothly without clumps.Since starting this, I’ve noticed he has more energy, recovers faster, and is building muscle at a steady pace. It’s also affordable compared to other brands, which makes it easier to keep stocked for daily use. If you have a teen athlete, especially in a demanding sport like football, this is a fantastic option!

This is the best value I can find in mid 2025 for protein, if you only consider how many grams of protein you get per dollar. The flavor is okay - not the best, not the worst. The macros are not the best for whey.Starting with flavor, it tastes pretty good in milk. 6 or 7/10. There is a little bit of a chemical flavor. It is like a hint of fake cookie dough or biscoff/speculoos. This tinge of artificial cookie flavor makes it taste worse IMO than a more plain vanilla flavor. For the macros, I think it should taste a little better.As far as macros, this is near the lowest ratio of protein to total calories of any whey protein powders on the market. Around 64% of the calories are from protein. The lowest wheys are a little u der 60% and the highest is around 90%. (Of course, just from the labels - if you don't like bad news, don't look into how the actual protein powders fail to meet the numbers printed on the label.)But what this protein does best is deliver maximum grams of protein per dollar. As of mid-2025, I can get 1.8 lb or 800 g. for around $16 including delivery fees, or as low as $13 on subscribe and save, which comes out to over 40 grams of protein per dollar, which is the highest protein value of any food I can find today, excluding plant-based sources. Even conpared to anything I have found in the grocery store.It mixes well and is never lumpy. There are little black cookie bits. I have not had any digestion issues with this protein. That was a big problem for me when I tried another brand near this price.Overall, this is the best value of protein, but the fat and carb count is pretty high, so this isn't the best protein if you are rrstricting calories, and the flavor is not quite as good as it should be for as fatty as it is. I would probably order it again as a bulking option but for now I will try other brands.

Have been looking for a good protein drink that tastes good. Got the strawberry flavor. I like that it doesn't have to be put into a certain type of drink. Priced good for those on a budget. I tried it in water since was out of everything else and since it's powder I was able to add a little extra to it and still enjoy the flavor. It dissolved easily , the only issue was the label wasn't perferatod all the way to open it so a little extra of the label peeled off. At least I know it was sealed good and that doesn't effect the flavor or ability to reseal the container so it's just a slight thing for someone with OCD but no big deal otherwise. Exactly what I was looking for. Will probably order again in the future.
