My cat was playing in the box and scratching on various heights of the stacks of cardboard scratch boards so that she could show me her favorite combination. Kittens change almost daily so that need would be met well with this productMy very small adult cat has been hard to find good scratching boards for. She’s five pounds and won’t be getting larger. Her mother was the same. Her babies were beautiful.To get back on track, she runs on a treadmill daily and loves to get it up to top speed and leap off into her rubber matts, then jumping into the box with two layers of scratch material. She’s so happy!

These are a hit with my cat! This is my second purchase (3 boxes in all). She will fall asleep for hours in hers. It's perfect size, so I think she feels safe and secure. I have two placed around the apartment. I had to replace 1 and get new cardboard scratchers to replace the old ones. They do wear out and can get a little hairy/dirty. Overall, this is a great investment, and as long as she keeps using them, I will continue to purchase to update/refresh them.

Great price all things considered (you know, like what we’re willing to pay for a brick of corrugated cardboard for our fur babies). My Zeke turns everything into a bed so no surprise that it’s his current favorite nap location. He likes playing in it so much I had to use Velcro strips and stick it in one place on the floor bc I’d come home and it would be upside down halfway across the room. If he’s happy I’m happy.

Works great, but it is smaller than I expect

Our two Siamese love these (they are small to medium sized cats). Each board lasts us multiple months since we can use both sides. We've had the same two boards out for four months now.We do have to clean up the loose pieces every once in a while but that doesn't bother us. I would recommend!

Aside from being rather expensive, the scratch pads work well for my cats but quickly create a lot of shredded paper all over floors. You’ll be sweeping daily. Not a good value.
