I have been using this for a while now. I think that this works great on my under-eye bags. I also feel that it has been tightening up the skin around the eyes too. It is easy to use and is very relaxing with the heat.

I bought this to use for heat treatment for blepharitis. The masks did not work for me for so many reasons. This wand gets the heat directly onto the eyes, whereas masks do not. I can get direct heat, with massage (controlled pressure). There is a vibrating function for this but it can be turned off (I personally don’t like it). Heat range is nice, and I use the highest temp comfortably- no chance of a burn and the skin around my eyes is very thin/sensitive. I love that I can have one eye open so I can at least watch tv during this mundane task! Only downside is the red light cannot be turned off.

It works really well for my dry eye, which is why I bought it, definitely has been helping. My contacts are much more comfortable, four stars only because I wish you could turn off the red light if you want only heat I don’t like the fact that I can see the red light through my eyelid when I do the upper side and Weil it’s probably safe enough. I just would prefer if I could have the option to turn off the red light, otherwise seems to do with job for beauty purposes, and for function if you have dry eyes like me.

Very happy with this for dry eyes but think it would feel great for anyone with tired eyes. You can choose the temperature. The vibration is the right strength (have had previous devices that fell short). Maintains a charge. The red light therapy which is supposed to be 630-655 is an added bonus.

I really like this gadget and use it every night before bed. I bought it to combat my dark circles and puffy eyes and have noticed slight improvement. After applying creams and serums, I turn on glorious heat and vibration and run under and around eyes, forehead, between brows, upper lip, up sides of face. It only takes a few minutes. I clean with rubbing alcohol for next use. I just wish it came with a carrying case.

It was nice when it actually worked, but after less than 10 uses, it no longer charges.

I have severe dry eyes that are always inflamed, burning and red. An important part of dry eye care is hot moist compresses, but those require some dedicated time where you can just sit there with an eye mask over your eyes, you can't do that all day every day. So I use this heated massager while I am working, as sitting in front of a screen all day is terrible for dry eyes. The heat is immediately soothing. There has been a reduction in the inflamed appearance of my eyes and the heat & massage seems to be helping the lipids, leaving my eyes feeling more moist after using it. A great little tool in the battle against dry eyes. I can't yet speak to wrinkle reduction or tightening but if that occurs, it will be a nice bonus. It is serving my primary purpose of heat application and massage for eye relief. I bought one for a gift and may buy another to carry around in my purse - it's small and lightweight. I feel like I will always want this on hand.

I ended up discontinuing this product because the surface area is too big. As a result the entire under eye area gets treated to the heat and vibration. I’m afraid this will break up the underlying fat pads and I don’t want to experience hollowness a I age.
