VO5 is a very good hair cream. I have gray hair and I have used this cream for a long time. It really keeps my hair in place and gives it a nice shine. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Works like the good days

A stylist had mentioned using pomade in place of a gel for my frizzies to reduce drying out my hair. I wanted something to help with the frizz but be safe to get super hot and not leak. I dug out my old VO5 dressing and love the results. I was pleasantly surprised to see they have this formula for lighter colored hair. It comes out with a blue color but I don’t think it’s left any color in my grey hair. I apply a tiny amount (1/2 the size of a pea) to my palms and tap gently on my crown and sides where I have frizz from breakage and comb through.

I used the regular version of this as a child. I have rediscovered it but use the silver now. A dab of this tames very dry hair and seems to add life and shine as well.
