Q: How do you make the shower temperature change, its only hot. I cant make it cold?

I haven't had any issues with the unit I installed. If you have the hot and cold incoming connected right it simple you turn the control knob to the left to get hotter and right to get cooler or off. The LED screen reflect the temperature. I find 97 or 98 my preference while my wife likes it at 100. I would think that some how your not getting cold water into the system. Do you have cut off values on your hot and cold water feeds? Check them if you do.

Q: How high should the plumbing connections be where they are coming out of the wall? I am doing shower only.

The instruction manual said the cut off valves-inlets should be around the middle, I forget exactly where but you can double check the instructions again, it does specify

Q: does this product have an asme number (plumbing certification)?

Mine did should be with the papers that came with it
