You cannot taste or smell this powder, but you do need to make sure you mix it well else there will be clumps. I found if you mix with room temperature water, the powder will dissolve easier and then add ice.

Dissolves in warm water with vigorous shaking. Taking this makes a big difference. I feel less sore and recover faster. I ride a few miles every week day and hard on the weekend.

Didn't really think it would make that much of a difference but it definitely does. Have only been using 3 weeks now but noticeable gains and honestly I just feel better. It doesn't dissolve in water very good but I just dry scoop it and wash it down. Will definitely be reordering.
