Works very well
It helps the bread rise . Which makes the texture of the bread very goodValue for money. And easy to use . The bread is light . The crust is nice and crisp. Would definitely buy it again. Will last a few days kept in a bread bag .

Turn home made bread into a success
Having been brought a bread maker as gift after recent tv programmes using images of hairy bread due to an ingredient derived from hair used in some bread this was heaven sent gift but first results were varied until we read a review and tried this. We haven’t looked back since. We have near 100% success with the varieties of loaves baked. Well worth it’s cost

Very hard to spot the benefits.
I really can't make up my mind about this. I use really high quality flour from France anyway (the only thing along with Cheese I do really enjoy) and so I honestly have to say I didn't see much difference. I thought I did with the standard wheat based white loaf or wholegrains but then strangely I made a Brioche loaf and it turned out denser and heavier than I would normally have expected. So now in 2 minds about this product ... is it my imagination or is it doing something?

Short expiring date
The product is fine, the onlu issue is that I only was able to use for a couple of months, because the expiring date was 2 months away when I received it. I contacted the vendor right away and they said sorry, no offer to exchange.

Works every time
This is an excellent product which gives top quality rise every time. I even use a little bit in white bread, and it is always successful.I only use a level teaspoonful in my seeded bread, but always get a great result.

Good for Brown or Wholemeal
Works well but only states for brown or whole meal bread. Less one star.
