I had high hopes for this product to work in my 2006 Lexus eS330The product was supposed to be plug and play and was notThe unit did not sound as good as the original head unit that came with the cartech support was bad as the did not respond to any of my emails for about 5 days and when they did they offered some help but nothing they told me to do workedIt would not get as loud as my original unitThe steering wheel buttons did not work and I tried the steering wheel learn function and it always failedThe canbus decoder was always disconnected and was told to try some things and all failedI felt the unit was overpriced as there were comparable units available for cheaper and had better reviewsit would sometimes try to connect to my phone cutting off all audio.It just seemed buggy to me and not ready for prime time.Im very IT savvy and this was a bad experience. Returned itBuyer Beware!
