CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser, Moisturizing Oil Cleanser for Face & B...

I've tried several hydrating cleansers, from a variety of brands. I think this one is one of the best for its price, I don't love a product that is overpriced that does a basic job. This product has helped my skin feel more hydrated, whike not making me feel like I've rubbed my skin raw. I noticed when I use other product, that sometimes my skin felt a little bit raw because it wasn't foaming or was more harsh. The appearance and size of the bottle was accurate to the description, which was nice because it could have been a lot smaller. I was worried it might be smaller, because I had had that happen in the past with a different brand. I also felt like the pump was good quality, and it never jammed or had an issue. If you're looking for a cleanser for everyday use, I would definitely recommend this one as it also helped remove my makeup slightly. It doesn't fully remove my makeup, but I use it as well as a cleansing mom, in the combination of both takes my makeup off completely.

Okay I'm in LOVE with this cleanser!!! I've struggled with foaming cleanser for such a long time, omg, I don't know how other people manage to wash off their skincare with them, but my foams (and I have a lot of them!) just can't really remove creams, serums, etc. Regular foams just don't fully dissolve some ingredients in my creams, so I have to wash my face again, and it's always damaging and irritating for my skin. The only thing that actually dissolves them is oil cleansers, but 1) they leave a film that needs another cleanser, and my poor skin barrier has seen enough of this s**t and said GIRL NO. 2) I've heard they're bad in the long run if used twice a day, because they remove ALL oils, including natural oils from our skin barrier. And I'm trying to repair mine. THIS cleanser is the best from all worlds!! It dissolves all of my skincare (Naturie toner, manyo bifida ampoule, Cezanne milk, and Eucerin q10 on top, because my skin is dehydrated and loses water quickly) AND leaves my skin soooo soft and nice!! It has such a great consisteny, and I just enjoy using it. I'm actually looking forward to washing my face in the morning! It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, but if you have REALLY sensitive skin, then it's better to skip washing your face in the AM while you're healing your barrier. Or use something like Aveeno oat gel cleanser that's really gentle (and doesn't leave my skin super clean, which is why I only use it when my skin needs some rest). The bottle is huge and amazing. Love the pump. Love the design. The price is right for such a large bottle (I've never had such a big cleanser!). I just love everything about this cleanser! Thank you!!

I’m already on my second bottle, and it’s still one of my favourite gentle cleansers. I love the texture — it has that soft, oil-to-foam feel without being greasy at all. No scent, no heaviness, no residue. It doesn’t dry out my skin; in fact, it feels extra hydrating after rinsing. My skin stays comfortable, smooth, and never tight, even on drier days. It’s great for a daily cleanse and works well with light makeup and sunscreen. Overall: a gentle, hydrating, non-stripping cleanser that I’m happy to keep repurchasing.

Feels nice on it’s not a harsh product compared to others . I like how clean your face feels afterwards .

Amazing gentle yet effective face cleanser. If applied on dry skin, it will apply like oil, and if applied on damp skin, it will apply like a foam cleanser. Foams really well! Leaves your face feeling clean without drying. Personally, against instructions to apply on damp skin, I like to apply on dry skin for that oil effect. I rub a little to melt off makeup and sunscreen, then add water to foam. This is such an efficient way to remove all gunk before the washing. After trying 93537352 high end makeup removers and face washes, and sabotaging my skin barrier and with irritation, this is my new and forever go-to nightly routine!!

This is the second bottle I’ve used. I use as a body wash. My skin feels softer after I use this. The color is a creamy white. High quality oroducy. My skin always feel better after using it.

For reference, I have acne-prone combination skin, and this stuff works so great for me, at an affordable price point, and you get a whopping 19oz, like wow!! Though this is recommended for dry to very dry skin, this is the only facial cleanser I have found thus far that just WORKS for me so well for my nightly routine and I never had any issues with breakouts or anything like that with this product! It foams up slightly for me...but it feels so nice on my face and my skin doesn't feel stripped of moisture after washing my face in the shower with this. Just a heads up, for those who double-cleanse, even though it says it's a foaming OIL cleanser...if you look at the ingredients list, the first ingredient is WATER: which means this isn't a PURE oil cleanser, it's a WATER-based cleanser with squalene oil IN the cleanser to help aid with moisture. Though, this is advertised as a 2-1 oil/water cleanser, so I love using this as my only cleanser at night to get rid of the gunk and dirt from the day off my face!! As a reference to that above: I have tried the double cleansing routine...for me, whenever I used a PURE oil cleanser, even the hyped up Korean ones, they broke me out SO BAD, even when I used them CORRECTLY(as in applying it on DRY skin with DRY HANDS, gently working it in for about a minute, then emulsifying it with water, and finally rinsing it off). After 1-2 uses of pure OIL cleansers, I had painful acne pop up EVERYWHERE on my face...so the double cleansing routine didn't work for me unfortunately. BUTTTT since this one isn't a PURE oil cleanser, this really works for me personally cleaning up all of the dirt, sunscreen, and ickiness of my face without stripping my skin apart...and the best part is, again, it DOESN'T break me out!! I don't wear make-up, so I'm not sure how this works with getting rid of makeup! Please give this a shot if pure oil cleansers haven't worked for you!! You can NEVER go wrong with CeraVe!! Works so good and affordable!! :)
