after few month lights not working 😕 and after few months one side Headfone is not working product in waranty but pickup person is not coming i will suggest you don't west your money

Got it today, its a nice product. Pros: - good audio quality with simulated spatial audio. - comfortable to wear for long hours cuz very light. - microphone fantastic, never experienced a better microphone at this price point. - quite loud on full volume without sound crack. - cushions are made of cloth not leather, so it’s getting hard and breaking is not in the scene. Cons: - headphone is loose and comes off easily. - not the greatest build quality, don’t have much confidence about its sturdiness.

I bought this in Aug this year - it worked well u till few days back the Microphone wasn't working - the cable ends have loosen up so unless you hold them in specific position it doesn't work...

I purchased the product 4 months ago and within the period one side stopped working. The vocals were not audible. However, I genuinely want to thank the Amazon customer support team and the seller: Appario for looking into my matter and provided me a refund after showing genuine condition of the headphone.

I bought this in September. Don't get happy seeing amazon name on it. There are vendors who will be dispatching this things and if you have to claim your warranty, amazon simply give you new email addresses and phone number to call and ask for warranty. Basically you will not get any support. I am calling these guys from last 30 days now, they simply give me a email and assure that we are here to help. But frankly, you will not get the same person in support and next person will also narrate the same story. And the company from where I am trying to get the claim assuring 3 days to revert back is taking forever to write back. Even they are asking to provide same details again and again. I am been talking to customer care from Amazon afterwards. On 8th July I raised a investigation request. They told it will take 8 working days. But Here I am writing this review as I am in call with them on 18th July. There is no resolution, just some words like "I understand Sir", "I apologies sir". Still they want to take 8 more days as they have not created/escalated this issue. And bilieve me, Everytime you will reach to new customer executive will pick it up and they are just justifying there salary.

I use it for office ourpose and my experience is good... was in a training session for 4 hours before writing this review and I felt no pain, irritation or any discomfort. It sits properly on ears and the voice very clear. Mic must be good as I did not get any complaints from my colleagues on my voice.

Very poor quality. comfort is average. Not value for money .sound quality is trashh . One stopped working at day 2 and it non refundable so don't buy it.

Well, where do I start, Idecided to purchase a pair of headphones for work use (conference calls whilst in lockdown) and wasn't going to spend a huge sum for something that I would not use outside of this activity. I found these and decided to give them a go, I have to admit there are pros and cons. Pros: The sound quality is remarkably good, I have used them to listen to music and sound is clear with good bass. Comfort, again this is okay, fits over the ears well. You have a long cable so don't need to be right on top of something. Cons: This relates to the cable, it has a control button which can be quite sensitive and whack volume up, fine on a call not so good with thrash metal :) That is a minor gripe as overall the quality of the headset is really very good for the cost. I've used headsets that have been triple digit cost Bluetooth etc and frankly they weren't that good. The casing is a cheap plastic, but again this keeps the cost down. All in all these really are extremely good value for money. For gaming, for conference calls and for music.

Sound quality and microphone quality using Skype are excellent. The headphones are light and comfortable. I paid less than 30 Euro for red which was a bargain. USB plugs into Windows 10 PC, works without any driver. Volume control in cable works well, controlling Windows volume. Headphones look quite chunky and cool in red, I think. Very happy.
