This product did improve my energy and focus, and a lot cheaper than some of the others on the market currently.

They're very good I take 1 everyday and helps me with my Prostate.

I must say this is very good product. I take 2 every morning as soon as I wake up and it gives me the kick to start the day. I used to have 3-4 coffees before and now I have only 1! 💪🏼 Definitely keeps me calm and focused throughout the day while being busy. I like that they are nice and small in size, easy to swallow with no nasty aftertaste.

They seem to work to some extent. Could be placebo, but if that works what does it matter? The three stars are because these tablets, which have quite a rough surface texture, are bloody difficult to swallow sometimes, even with a glass of water. They tend to stick in the throat and you have to cough them up and try again. On the odd occasion that's taken three attempts. A bit frustrating to say the least

Thought I’d try these as I have fibromyalgia and have brain fog which I was hoping it would help with that,energy and health benefit's must say I’ve felt slightly better on it, there’s no taste, my sleep quality isn’t too bad and I had no side effect, easy to swallow

Ive only been taking these a couple of weeks and already I can feel a difference. Ive given it 4 stars as ive not finished the bottle yet so not sure yet.

always wary of tablets with these things, but the effects seem decent for me at least
