So far so good, just a begginer

One of my continuing use of time is exercising - I am a believer in the if you don't use it, you lose it club. I'm grateful to add these items to my agenda - they are exactly as advertised; I am not able to do push-ups yet- but I work at them. More familiar are the resistance bands - I use them every day.
