Unexpectedly REALLY good

What can I say about this incredibly special vinegar? It is expensive. It is delicious. The fragrance is exceptional. I use it for my summer salads of cucumbers or roasted beets or tomatoes. It adds something special to my meals when I use it. And, the company is no longer making it, sadly.
