I don't care about absolute max speed, good speed and reliable is what I shoot for. This was bought as a spare from my W11 build which has two of the same in Mirrored RAID for the OS. To date they have given me no cause to complain so five stars. But I haven't bench marked them because a bench mark doesn't mean as much to me, as a computer feels reasonably fast (for how I use it) and works reliably. Mirrored RAIDed M2's work fine but by the time you might need to replace one, an exact replacement might be harder to find.I create a RAM Drive using a little of the installed 64 gigs of DDR5 and relocate the browser caches (as best as can be done) to lower the amount of writes to the M2's and help extend their life. I use WinRamTech's Enterprise version software for the RAM Drive, inexpensive and works well, I'm sure there are others.

Got this for my partners PC, in my own I have a WD black. The price was very good on sale for a TB. It’s been used for gaming and has been performing very well, boots up very quick. It fit in the case easily with no worry and has been handling games I’ve thrown at it very well. High capability drive for sure.

Install was easy, took me maybe 2-3 minutes total as I was cautious not to strip or break any thing ! Booted up and was immediately prompted with the format message and after that I was able to download more ps5 games 😌. The design is actually really nice quality, feels solid and has some nice weight to it ! Functions as stated at a speed of 6900 is what the format screen said so I was pleased with that ✍🏽. Highly worth investing in if you have a ps5 with only one TB of storage.

Successfully installed in PS5. Formatted no problem. Perhaps a five minute simple operation to expand game storage. Heat sink included and already installed on the model that I purchased. Transfer speed was within the Sony specification.

It was easy to install. I'm currently trying to move all my PS5 games over from my external hard drive which is an HDD. It is faster but the speed did throttle just a second ago. Jumped from 48 mins for around 500gb more or less to 3 hours but went back down. Obviously it could have been my external hard drive but it didn't do that with whatever SSD that comes with the PS5 default. Also the screw that came with the SSD didn't fit. So keep that in mind. Also I'm not sure what's going on it still says 48 minutes but 154gb of data has been transferred already. So for all of you that know why this is happening just keep it in mind.
