Firmly adheres to shower walls.
I installed these about a week ago and they are still securely in place. My tub/shower is a 45 year old fiberglass piece, so if you’re working with an older tub, too, these might be just the thing for you. I didn’t want to have to drill through the tub walls to attach the metal ones like are used in public places. I’m glad I bought the two-pack so I have one to rely on when getting in and out of the shower and the other one to steady myself, when needed, while I’m showering. They do have some ridges on the backside of the bar so they aren’t super slippery, but a more slip-resistant finish would be nicer.

Excellent for the price!
I read the reviews and was hesitant to purchase these initially but was in a bind as my mother recently fell getting out of the shower and broke her arm. I didn’t want to get anything that would need to be screwed into the wall and ruin my parents tile. In my opinion these are very sturdy and of great quality. Super easy to take off the suction cups and put on the wall. So far so good and I just ordered a second set today for the other wall in the shower as my mom was very impressed with how easy and safe it made her getting in/out of the shower as well as standing in it.

Don't hesitate to purchase the safety bar
These suction cup safety grab bars are absolutely 💯 % fantastic ! ! !. I installed them in our walk-in shower in our master bathroom . I cleaned the surface with TileX and then with isopropyl alcohol to make sure the areas were spotless free from soap residue and from hair conditioner. The walk-in shower is a precast fiberglass shower unit and the walls are smooth as glass I followed the enclosed instructions and we couldn't be more happier with the outcome. The suction cups have incredible holding. power well beyond my expectations.I'm not a small guy and I tried to get the suction to break and it ain't gonna happen I can actually see the walls of the shower surround flexing and this shower surround is not one of those cheap units from a home center it was custom made so it's incredibly strong and when I actually saw the Wall moving when I tried to get the safety bar to fail I was convinced that if it's not going to let loose after me purposely trying to make it come loose. Now I'm confident it's going to be safe for my wife if she needs to grab hold of it. The only draw back is make sure you put it where you want it because it's no easy task to get the suction cups to break loose take it from experience because I had to do it.I purchased a 16" safety bar for another manfacture because I did see that the original seller of these offered a 16" bar.The one I purchased from a different seller appeared to be identical to the ones I originally bought. Well when I receive it and tried to install it no matter what I did it kept falling off. Don't be fooled from a look alike.

Reseña para Barras de Sujeción para Bañera y Ducha con Ventosa
I bought these suction cup holding bars to install them in my parents' bathroom, since I was looking for a safe and easy to install option to help them with mobility in the shower. Here is my experience after a month of use:What I like:• Easy installation: The installation is really simple, it does not require tools or drilling, which is ideal for those who do not want to damage the walls or live in a rented apartment. Simply clean the surface well, press the suction cups and turn the locking mechanism.• Portability: They are easy to remove and replace, which makes them practical to take on a trip or use in different bathrooms.• Non-slip grip: The handle design is comfortable and provides a good grip, even when wet, which gives confidence when using it.• Safety indicators: Some bars, such as those of the LORESJOY brand, include visual indicators (red / green) that confirm if the suction cup is well fixed, which is a great plus to ensure safety. What I don't like so much:• Limited surface: Suction cups only work well on smooth, non-porous and completely flat surfaces, such as glass or large tiles. In my case, the bathroom tiles have a slight texture, and in some positions the suction was not as strong as I expected. I had to try several locations until I found one that worked well.• Weight capacity: Although bars are useful for giving support and balance, they do not inspire confidence to support a person's full weight. The descriptions warn that they are not to support the whole body, but this can be a limitation for people with more severe mobility problems.• Duration of suction: On a couple of occasions, I noticed that the suction cups lost some adhesion after several days, especially in a bathroom with a lot of moisture. It is important to check the suction regularly, as recommended in the instructions. Conclusion: These suction cup grip bars are an excellent option for those looking for a temporary or portable solution to improve safety in the bathtub or shower. They are ideal for elderly people or people with reduced mobility who need extra support to enter and exit. However, I would not recommend relying on them as the only solution if a more robust or permanent support is needed; in those cases, a screwed fixed bar would be more suitable. In general, they do their job well if they are properly installed on a suitable surface. Good product for the price!Note: Be sure to clean the surface thoroughly before installing and check the suction before each use to ensure safety.

Good non-permanent shower handles
I bought these handles for my mom to use in the shower as she grew weaker. They were easy to install with suction cups that held on quite well, though I would test them before putting her in the shower because occasionally they would pop off, usually after a couple of weeks of use. Then I would just pop them onto the shower wall again. Overall they were sturdy and easily adjustable to fit the right height needed. Easily hold 200 pounds of weight.

U believable
Far surpassed my expectations. I got these for a relative who is having some health issues. He was impressed with how sturdy these are. If you cannot drill anchored rails, these are for you. This hold tight on any clean surface, but tile works best. Worked so well I bought him a second set. I recommend them to anyone who is infirm. Also, they install in about 10 seconds.

Work as advertised!
Read the reviews several times and the instructions many times. Following the instructions, I installed these bars so I would have support getting in and out of the tub and while I showered. So thankful that they worked as stated and no more anxiety while showering. Excellent product and pleased that I'll be able to remove them when I move.
