Bought to repair a kitchen vacuum heat sealer that had developed a small bubble on the heat sealing strip putting a small hole in the sealed bag. Worked great machine back to full working order.

I have an old 2840 foodsaver, would seal properly anymore due to ridges and lumps in the old factory tape. Pulled it off and applied this, works like new again. Plus I have enough on the roll to do this multiple time again if needed.

This was bought to replace the heatshield tape on a foodsaver vacuum sealer. It worked perfectly and was exactly the right size for this purpose. I have enough leftover for replacing it again or if other uses come up. Since the vacuum sealers are hundreds of dollars a heat shield tape replacement at this cost was definitely worth trying instead of replacing the machine.
