Works if your oven temperature is correct
I couldn’t get my French fries, both mine and store bought frozen, to get crispy, until I realized my oven preheat light goes on at about half way up to the temperature I set it at. I think that is common for ovens. The next time I waited for the oven thermometer to get to the intended temperature, and voila! Crispy fries! I read yesterday in a cookbook that it is common for ovens to take a half hour to get to temperature. So make sure you take that into consideration when buying a tray like this, considering how long you have to preheat, both time and heat in the kitchen. The air fryers come up to temperature very quickly. Also take a look at cooks illlustrated tests. They found they preferred a regular tray to a perforated tray in the oven for frys. That said, they also report on great results in various oven fryers once they tried recipes and varied them several times. I haven’t gotten into French fries enough to compare, or for other kinds of food. But I wish I had read cooks illustrated first.

Seems like a fairly well-made product
Seems like a fairly well-made product. Came nicely packed and delivered earlier than promised. The pair of silicone mitts is an extra bonus...a little on the thin side but still useful. Can't complain when it's free. The pan makes a nice cookie sheet. Also use as a sturdy base when baking with silicone cake or muffin pans. I like that it's not as heavy as the one in my Oster oven.

Very poor product, stain won’t come off
Very poor product, stain won’t come off, with first use the bottom tray already look old, tried to get stain out couldn’t, it doesn’t do a better job than aluminum foil alone, wouldn’t buy against and would not recommend this product.
