These things are junk. very hard to turn on and change level of sound. When I recieved them I put them on charge for 24 hours and put them in my ears. I could get the right one turned on but the left one dows not work at all. I am 73 years old and just do not think this is a usable product for older people. Sure I could return them for exchange or a refund but the hassel you have to go through is rediculous.Jim Martin

Purchased for my friend’s father who has hearing issues and he is really happy now that he can hear clearly.

works for severe hearing loss. rechargeable mean no little expensive batteries.

At first, it was good -- but 32 days into the purchase, one earbud stopped working altogether, and the other one just started to malfunction, not holding a charge. So, this product lasted past the return-by-date for Amazon, but not much longer than that. Which means $100 of my hard-earned money is down the drain...
