I recently purchased the Water Filter, and I couldn't be more pleased with its performance. These are good filters and the fact they last for 3 months is very good, but they are quite expensive to buy.

Better than other options
we have been using this in our house for almost two years, very handy and cheaper than Brita. It's not the fastest when it comes to filtering but I guess that's normal so I can't fault them. Water tastes good, we use it for cooking and tea as well. the filter lasts around 3-3,5 months for us (two people in the house).

Waterdrop amazing customer service and care
Amazing customer service from waterdrop! One of the coils had snapped on the filters, I love this filter my tap water is not pleasant and this filter takes away the awful taste and fizzles! I tried to obtain a refund through amazon but they would only refund and I would need to send back the 2 filters, I contacted waterdrop customer services, they responded on a sunday within an hour, took pictures of proof and a replacement filter was sent out the next day!! Fantastic speedy service!! Thank you Krystal!! My twin pack arrived yesterday!! Can't believe the organisation to get this resolved quickly!!
