CAF tapioca rice noodles are just like the rice noodles I had when I was traveling in Vietnam. I cook these for my Hủ tiếu Mỹ Tho (seafood tapioca noodle soup). This is the only brand I order for my tapioca noodle soup!!! If you cook these noodles right (and not overcook them) they are al dente chewy and tasty!!! I like to cook them for 5 mins and run them in cold water so it stops cooking. After that, I use them for pho or serve on a cold dish. I will definitely buy this again for my next noodle soup.

No prep instructions. I followed one of the reviews: boil for 10 min. Mine was like super soft after 5minutes. Tried it after 4 minutes, still not cooked properly. So, bottom line, it felt like a bunch of rubber bands in my mouth.
