Seems to be a bit low on protein compared to others. But it is very non toxic and no need to worry about big plastic pieces cause this came from a lake. I take 15 a day for minimal bioavailable protein supplementation. Tablets lasts longer than powder. Reasonably priced. I take with my morning Medical medium heavy metal detox smoothie

Good product

I bought this product due to having low iron and I can say it has helped make my bruises disappear. Not only that I feel much better with my gut health; less bloating and easier to pass stool. However, the moment I missed two days (when I was on a consistent streak) I began to break out. I am not sure if this product makes your skin purge or not or messes with your hormones. I will follow up on this product in two weeks to see if this is the cause. Other than that I believe this product WORKS for bloating, digestion, and iron levels like I looked up!

We are vegetarians in our house, so I'm always looking for ways to sneak protein and B vitamins into our diet. About a month ago, I read about all the health benefits of Spirilina. I'd bought some powdered "salad booster" Spirilina at the health food store before, but I couldn't stand the smell and taste, so I avoided it. That was even mixed with lemon zest to try to mask the strong odor and flavor, but I just couldn't stomach it. So when I saw this in pill form, I thought I'd give it a try. I've been taking it every morning and am hooked. I wish I'd found it sooner! I'm even making my husband take it and he's not a pill person at all (he's a doctor and doesn't believe in taking vitamins because his research shows vitamins don't do much--the good stuff comes from a good diet). He's enthusiastic about these tablets! Here's why we like it: 1. It gets our tummies going...it makes us regular. In other words, we don't get backed up. I had a baby two weeks ago and that's usually accompanied by some constipation. Not with these! In fact, my husband brought these to me in the hospital to make sure I had all systems activated. It works!! Better than probiotics--or just as good. 2. My energy has been awesome on it. Even during the last 2 weeks of pregnancy and first 2 weeks with a newborn, I've felt full of energy and haven't needed my regular afternoon nap. It's seriously awesome and I feel ten years younger. The serving size is 3 pills. I take 2 every day because they're expensive. Maybe that's lame considering all the benefits they have, but two seems to be a good number for me.
