Be careful what you are buying. Contact the seller on used equipment and get the actual specifics!
I know I received a deal on this projector. I know the seller quoted information from Epson on a new projector. But, I was pretty disappointed that the power cord is only 3 feet (and it is a short throw intended for mounting) and the remote control is not for an Epson.

Got it from a seller with 5 star feedback rating and the items came in exactly as specified and seem to work just fine. Consider
Got this for around $400 used, but we needed to replace these at a school and had all the hardware installed.Got it from a seller with 5 star feedback rating and the items came in exactly as specified and seem to work just fine.Considering the price I paid and the function that these projectors have in the SmartBoard world it's great.Should you buy this to use at home to watch movies?, absolutely NO

Did not work day one.
Came with a non working fan. I was able to salvage the lamp so it wasn't a total loss, but close.

Useless Warranty. Does not have long lifespan.
We own over 50 of these projectors. At about the 3-4 year mark they develop, what Epson calls, a Pixel Alignment issue where the projection turns blurry with a greenish blue tint in the center of the image. The only solution to fix this problem is to replace the optics of the projector for an astounding $800. We've had to replaced 15 of them. The hours on these projectors range from 750-3000. Epson rates the lamp on these for 3000-4000 Hours, so the lamp out lives the projector which should never be the case when you have a projector. We own Proxima and Infocus projectors that are 5-20 years old that still function without issue.

Great Prijector, great price!
I have few complaints about this projector. It produces a very good picture and is especially useful in small spaces. The picture is viewable even in lightened rooms. It is somewhat loud running and gets fairly hot but, for the price, it is a very good device. I would buy it again for sure.
