I got this as a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. It works great and really keeps white wine and champagne at a perfect temperature. We used it to keep the champagne cold during our New Year’s Eve dinner and it was so practical and convenient.

Would not recommend. Cheap. Does not work as advertised. Takes too long to chill the wine or champagne.

Nice product, fits on the back bar nicely even if not in use :) I do think the opening could be a bit wider as some larger bottles are a tight fit or do not fit at all. For the majority of the white and rose bottles we have been able to keep them chilll.

UPDATE: The manufacturer is very responsive and was able to ship a new unit that works perfectly with in one day. The replacement unit works perfectly. It cooled a room temperature bottle from 75°F to 41°F in just over 1.5 hours. This is a great company to work with, highly recommend the unit and the seller. This is only to keep a chilled bottle cool. We put a room temp bottle of wine in for 30 minutes and it is still at 75°F. Unfortunately the return window has past or we would be returning.
