Incredible item. Setup could be a tad bit easier and I feel that the manual is written by a chimpanzee and could be streamlined in a better way so as to make the set up much more intuitive and seamless. That being said once you know what they're talking about in the manual, the set up goes very quickly and easily. The product itself is top notch it already saved us with a leak in our upstairs HVAC furnace. Our home has two HVACs and we had a new humidifier installed on one of the HVACs and we wanted to ensure the new install wasn't dripping. So I set one of the 4 Govee detector node under the humidifier and as soon as a few drips of leak happened the unit immediately alerted me on my phone in real time. I LOVE how responsive and reliable it is and it did the job excellently that I purchased it for. Not to mention that this node was easily at least 75 feet away from the wifi bridge. Even then it caught the leak and relayed it to my phone within seconds. Very impressed and Highly recommend it.

These are the best ones on the market, they work flawlessly, very quickly, and provide app and email alerts. Easy to set up and install, I have them underneath everything in my house that has water in it.

I have many Govee products and this like others is easy to set up, stays connected, strong battery life, and already detected a leak that I would have missed had I not had it. I now have one under every sink, also in the basement by the sump and well pump. You get both a local alarm and notice on your phone. Well worth the money

Early one morning I was sitting on a beach out of the country and received an alert that one of the Govee water sensors I placed by my furnace release valve in my boiler room at home detected water. Called the plumber and within a few hours I was able to give him access to my home using the smart locks from another company and the leak and my furnace was fixed by noon that day. Had I not had this sensor I would have returned home late at night to a freezing cold house in the middle of winter with no heat. This sensor bundle pack was worth every penny and the peace of mind it gives me knowing I'll be alerted immediately if I have an issue is immeasurable. I am not a paid spokesperson for this company and I purchased this unit myself. It really works as advertised and was not difficult to set up. I use another Govee tempertature and humidity sensor, which is another rock solid product, in my wine cellar and have it displayed in a widget on my phone screen. Govee's products work exactly as advertised and are really useful if you want to be alerted if you have an issue in your home.

Works great. Fast response and no subscription for app. I also gifted a set to brother in-law for the basement. They stay connected and reach out far. App has battery life and WiFi connection indicator. Very pleased!

Pedi estos sensores ya que tengo un hermano con discapacidad que suele dejar las llaves abiertas del lavamanos hasta que se desbordara el agua en los baños, afortunadamente esta solucion me ayudaria a resolver este problema, probe cada sensor para colocarlos en cada lavamanos de mi casa pero mi sorpresa fue que uno llego defectuoso en todo lo demas funciono bien y pueden ser desactivada la alarma desde la aplicacion.

Easy connection to the app. Tested and the alarm sound is very loud. Don't know how long it last but they sre working fine for now.

I like this product so far. Set up can be a little tricky but once set it appears to work well and give you some peace of mind. Please familiarize and use the app to set up, do not try to pair via your Bluetooth list. Customer service is excellent, please contact them via the app if you have any issues, they solved my minor problem quickly.
