After three years of usage, Its very better one don't search for options , I've used this for daily usage and power consumption is very low too. Rapidly heating speed is good. And function good. It doesn't change water quality. Indicator light turns color while over heating.

Terrible Product & Even Worse Customer Service – A Complete DisasterI purchased an Orient geyser on 24th May from Amazon, and it has been nothing short of a disaster. Right after installation, the unit started leaking through the pipes—a clear manufacturing or quality issue.Since then, I’ve been chasing Orient’s customer service for over a month with zero resolution. They keep promising that a technician will visit “within 24 hours,” but not a single person has turned up to even inspect the problem.I’ve made countless calls to their customer service, and each time they’ve handed me a different technician’s contact number. Every time I called these so-called technicians, they denied working with Orient—an absolutely unbelievable level of disorganization.I even escalated the issue to their manager three times, who only gave empty promises of call-backs and urgent resolutions, none of which were ever fulfilled. Their managerial team is as ineffective as their front-line support.When I asked for an exchange or refund, I was told that neither is possible due to company policy. To make matters worse, the Amazon return window has now passed, so I’m completely stuck with a faulty product and no support.Through this entire ordeal, I’ve lost money, wasted hours of my time, and drained my energy and patience trying to get this resolved. The mental and emotional frustration this company has caused is beyond words.Orient not only sells defective products but backs them with one of the worst customer support systems I’ve ever encountered. There’s absolutely no accountability or resolution, and they just keep giving you the runaround.Avoid this brand at all costs. It’s not worth the hassle, and you’ll regret trusting them—just like I do.

Product is good as displayed but, I have opted for the Installation Service by Amazon, which is a very bad experience. Please do not refer the service with your product. Otherwise, you might not get good reviews. I was waiting for the Installation service which was cancelled by the technician without any information after 2 days of the scheduled date. Very very unprofessional indeed.

I used this geaser for hardly 1 month and the stainless steel tank got complain and water started leaking from the tank. I raised a complaint, the service executive came and he said there is a complaint with the tank, we need to get it replaced. He said it will take some 5-6 days for the same to be delivered but it's been more than 10 days now there is no update from there end and the response from them is also surprising, they are saying they are not very sure when the part would come, really disappointed with purchase and service
