As a teacher, I use chart markers for a variety of reasons, but mostly I use them to make anchor chart posters for my students. These are my favorite chart markers for these projects! There is pretty much no odor and they stay crisp and fresh for a long time — I use black the most so it always dries out first, but I get a lot of use of it before that point. The bullet tip is great for writing and coloring large areas. The variety of colors in this pack is great, though I find myself wishing for a few other colors like a true purple or a yellow. Overall, highly recommend for all your charting needs!

Sharpie permanent markers work good. They come in many colors.

The media could not be loaded. These markers are great for making anchor charts/posters and writing on chart paper.Pros:-The colors are bright and pigmented.-You get 2 black markers in a pack, which is great for me! I can never find a black marker that isn’t dry when I need it!-The rounded tip makes it easy to write. I like the rounded tip better than chiseled markers.-The markers have a lot of ink in them.Cons:-The “purple” maker or the marker that looks like it’s going to be purple writes in more of a pink hue (see picture). I like the color, but if you are looking for a true purple, this isn’t it.-When tracing over letters to make them bolder or when coloring things in, the markers start leaking through the paper (see video). I tried the markers on lined chart paper and printer paper. If I ever overlapped strokes (ie traced letters) or shaded shapes in, the markers leaked through the paper and the paper began to fray. I had to be careful not to rip the paper completely. This might lessen as I use the markers more and they have less ink in them, but for now, I will just be using the to write words, or I need to get thicker paper.

Good quality and don’t dry up fast. Nice colors.
