This is a top tier water machine and worth every penny
Absolutely love this water machine. It was easy to setup and the box lifted right off. Well packed. I really appreciate the extra height that is available to fill water bottles and such and that was the biggest complaint we had with another unit, not the same brand, in that we had to tip the bottles to fill them. Not anymore, even my massive 64oz water bottle fits under this with lots of room to spare. The brushed aluminum looks great and very modern as well, though I am not as concerned with looks as I am functionality. There are 3 switches on the back to turn on and off the hot water, cold water, and night light. I really appreciate the light as our other one does not have it, and you have to stick your finger in at the top to feel when the water is about to overflow as you fill it. With the light, its super easy and I really like that it doesn't need to be on 24/7 either. As far as the water goes, comes out nice and cold, and there are 3 levels of adjustment to the hot and cold. By default it ships with the hottest and coldest already set, but I did play around with it just to see that it works, and its super easy to do. Not as customizable as being able to dial in the exact temp you want, but its a nice feature for people that maybe don't want scolding hot water or have sensitive teeth and can't handle super cold, but still want chilled water. There is also a clock built in which is really nice and the panel stays illuminated at all times, but is not so bright that it would be distracting at night. Its a soft glow and they did a really good job not making it be a nuisance especially since you can't turn off the panel lights. Only thing I do wish was different though, is that the hot and cold buttons light up red and blue when heating or cooling and go back to white when ready. I wish that was reversed. I want the red and blue to indicate that it is ready and white when heating or cooling. This unit does have a self cleaning function built in with UV lights as well that runs on its own. I don't remember the exact timing, but its like 40 minutes off and 100 and something on or something like that. This cannot be turned off either, not that you would want too. It keeps grime and slime from building up in the tubes and such. Really nice feature to have honestly.Noise wise, its pretty quite too. I can't hear it over my ac window unit at all and with headphones on, as it is in my home office, it can't be heard either. No weird smells with the water either and everything tastes like it should.Overall, super happy with this unit and if you are looking for a premium option, this is about as high as it gets, short of two of their units that are more expensive with a built in ice maker. Or getting a unit that has the reverse osmosis built in, but those require hooking into a water line and not using standard 3 or 5 gallon jugs.

Great in our pantry/mudroom, just as we head out the door for filling bottles, etc.
This is working very well for us! We have a large pantry beside our kitchen, just as the kids come in from the garage. Placing this there is such a blessing. It is a little out of the way, but no big deal, because it runs quiet and is stellar quality. Not too tall, so it fits under the wall switches there by the door and is on-hand as we come and go. It's so nice to have it bottle fill - no trying to tip something up or over. We love to get our water at a local well, where it doesn't include fluoride and we can then use it for some of the pets in the house. My children really love the hot water feature for making noodles and other things quickly. Just a breeze to use. It doesn't attract a lot of attention - really, you could keep it in a cabinet. The water is always just the right temp, comes out in a steady stream for filling bottles as we head out the door. Great quality and build. We are so happy to have it and love the taste of the water too.

I Want to Love it, But It Needs Some Changes First
The media could not be loaded. I have used Brio and have a lot of experience with the brand. MOST about this water dispenser is excellent, but there are several things about it that I have a complaint about. Let me start by saying this is aesthetically pleasing and overall easy to use. It cleans easily and fingerprints come right off. It has the black plastic on top and black metal on the sides, which is fine, although it would have been much nicer to be stainless steel all the way around. What I do like about this model is:- The three temperatures are actually very different. The hot is very hot, the room temperature seems to be truly room temperature (unlike my last Brio), and cold is very cold.- The buttons are very easy to press.- It's pretty easy to clean. Handprints wipe away very easily.- The water truly does come out fast. My last Brio was a top-of-the line bottom load and this one is quite faster than my last one. What I absolutely do not like about this model:- The water bottle access door still does not have an easy way to open it. I have broken nails on Brio access doors. I dread opening the water dispenser door even more than I dread picking up the full water bottle. That's pretty bad. You literally have to take your fingernails to pry open the door. I don't know who designed it, but it's like they were sleeping under a rock, or they simply can't stand people who buy bottom-load dispensers and want to punish them. I don't know, but it's odd.- There is quite the delay on the buttons. The moment I take my finger off the button, I'd like the water to stop. But what happens on a regular basis? Water spills and overflows. That's because when you take your finger off the button, water is still coming out for about 1 1/2 seconds to two seconds. That means if you do not stop filling up your water bottle pretty quickly when it's almost full, it's gonna overflow. Like most people these days who are rushing, we tend to move fast. So when we take our finger off the button, naturally we want to walk away. Not so fast! You need to get commitment that the water has stopped or else like every single person in my home, you will take your finger off that button and walk away and find that the water is still coming out for a second or so. It's just a stupid waste of good water.- I hate the fact that the nightlight is a switch. How about having a nightlight that can detect if it's dark or daylight. People pay enough that these water dispensers should include that feature. I do not want to have to leave that night light on 24 seven or have to remember to turn on every single night and then remember to turn it off during the day. That's not feasible, yet I find myself having to choose between both of these options regularly.- The water reservoir is not the best quality. The metal top already has some rust on it and should be a little stronger and easier to clean for as many accidental overfills we have. I'm concerned that if it's already rusting after just a weeks of use, that in a few months of a year it will look absolutely terrible. A much better quality metal should have been used on this water cooler because this cooler is not cheap.Although there are some very annoying issues with this unit, I would still recommend it. If you've never used another water dispenser in your home, then these issues may be very minor to you and not bother you at all. Although I'm very used to this brand as well as other brands of water dispensers, even with the issues, I still chose to make this my primary water cooler and I moved my other water cooler into another part of my house. It's still really worth having.
