Great little cookbook
So I have to say that I have always been weary about "Healthuy" cookbooks for a veriety of reason, however I am very happy with this purchase. The recipies are for the most part very easy and most do not require some far off hard to get erxotic ingredients. Now the lant based and vegan options do need items not found in an average kitchen but if you are cooking that type of diet you already know where to shop for those items. Most dishes are easy, quick and healhty so if that's what you are looking for you can feel safe confident with this purchase. I recomend The saffron chicken fettuccine and the lime chicken in spicy coconut sauce. Lasty I'll just add that it was a great price and they don't try to make it overly fancy and deliver a quality product that's affordable.

Simple and delicious
This cookbook is easily the best and most simple recipe guide I have purchased to date! The meal choices are some of the most healthy options I have seen offered and are delicious! I like how the ingredients are listed in a simple format and something that I can use to make my list when I go to the store. The instructions are easy to follow and even the most beginner level users will be able to follow. I would have never thought that Salisbury steak could be a healthy option, but the recipe for these tastes better than any I have tried before. Highly recommended as a kitchen staple to keep in any household that is looking for some healthy and simple meal preparation.

No nonsense affordable Cookbook for meal preppers
This is a very basic simple to follow well organized cookbook that is filled with a wide variety of healthy recipes. The recipes are simple and they include instructions for food storage and nutritional information. This cookbook is very helpful for people who are health conscious and want a more creative and flavorful guide to meal prepping. I found the storage information for the meals very helpful so I know how long my prepared meals can be stored for and when I need to consume the meals. This alone is worth the price of the cookbook.

Delicious Meals with Minimal Processed Food Ingredients
I REALLY love this meal prep cookbook for a few reasons. First, the recipes are easy to follow and everything I have made so far has been delicious. Secondly, the author does a fantastic job of not including a bunch of processed ingredients. Finally, there is a good mix of well-known favorite recipes (such as the Salisbury steak in the photo), as well as some unique recipes for meals I have never tried before. All of these things add up to a quality tool for healthy meal prepping for my family. Highly recommended.

No frills, easy to follow Healthy Meal Prep Cookbook
This cookbook gives you exactly what it describes - 600 recipes! While it doesn't have pictures, it is well-organized and easy to follow. The table of contents allows you to easily find what you are looking for and I appreciate the section categories at the bottom of each page. Makes it so easy to find the section you want! I am excited to try all of these recipes. Each recipe has a storage tip to help you know how long you can expect the leftovers to last.

Spelling errors and incomplete recipes
I was very excited for this book…600 recipes for healthier eating! In the first few pages I found a spelling error, which is a major pet peeve when it’s something I’ve paid for. One recipe I saw calls for “6 ground beef patties.” It doesn’t say what % ground beef to use, and doesn’t say how many ounces each patty should be. And yet it gives nutritional values at the end of the recipe. Things like this are not helpful for someone trying to count calories or keep track of macros. I stopped looking through the book after that and will be returning it and looking for something more accurate.

Lots of recipes with carb values
I like that each dish has carbohydrate values per serving. The purpose of this cookbook is to prepare food ahead of time and then eat it during the week. The book has a short section on storing food including cold versus frozen storage. The book has a long table of contents listing the recipes but no index. The table of contents is organized by meal (breakfast and brunch) but also by meat (beef), which strikes me as somewhat odd. It would have been nice to have an index as well. The text is very dense and the recipes are packed together page after page. As others have mentioned, there's no photos or images of the prepared dishes. This cookbook has 600 recipes. For a cookbook porporting to be healthy, some of the dishes are high in calories.

Handy and cool
Couldn't think of a better title but it's how I feel xD I got a survey for this and was more than okay with checking it out since I've been wanting to eat healthier for many years now and wanna see what other dishes I could like that's healthy and delicious.I do wish it had pictures but I can imagine how difficult it would be for 600 recipes for one book and I'm sure the descriptions will be helpful enough 💛🦭
