S543 Mugs, Bulk Buy (Pack of 36)

Decent mugs - just what we were looking for. A shame that one of them was significantly chipped but I couldn’t find any way to swap just this one - appeared my only option was to send the lot back to get replacement order.

Received my first 12 okay, then ordered 36 on my second order. Out of all of them was one broken mug in the middle of the box. No signed impact on the box, other than the opposite end, and if this had been substantial impact then more may have been broken. Other than this little hiccup with the order, they are great. As an update to this review, I have noticed one mug with cracked handle, currently only one, but all the same, shouldn't have any issues.
