This is a great scale. To use it for measuring meat works really well.

We grow citrus, and my husband was using a small postal scale to weight fruit for local deliveries! It was rusted and so old:) I ordered this scale and surprised him with it. He loves it and says it is excellent!

This scale is a workhorse in my business! Totally worth it!

So this is a decent scale, and it seems fairly accurate. I had a terrible time putting it together in the beginning because they had these pieces of cardboard wrapped around these very sharp metal spacers underneath where the top platform goes. I could not get them off. I had to use a box cutter and knives, I cut myself on the sharp edge of the spacer while doing it, I didn’t even realize it and next thing I knew there was blood everywhere, so if you get this be careful because those metal stands which are on either side of where you calibrate the scale are very sharp.

This one lasted 3 months then just fell apart. We bought one in 2017 and it lasted 6 years. In fact we kept it just in case. Good thing we had to go back to the old one that’s just a bit wobbly. We use it for weighing the horses feed.
