MKK-Shop KRAL3 - Lid (200 x 250 mm, Plasterboard Hatch, 12.5 mm, Aluminium Frame), Mint Green

Used to access to an underfloor drainage gully under new vinyl flooring (which is not what it was designed for). A fiddle to made it work but persistance pays off and does the job perfectly. Recommended as it does the job and it is really well manufactured.

The first one which I received was very poor quality, coming apart at joists. Could be just once off as the replacement one which I got was fine with no issues. Love the sleek look when installed in drywall. One leas star only for the first one which arrived faulty.

Easy to install

OMG, how did I not know about these before? In a modern home with electronics running automation components around the building, these are an absolute Godsend to allow maintenance and extensibility without disruptive cutting open and making good.

Avoid trying to screw through the plasterboard into the corners, with the exception of the screwhole dimples( which are near impossible to hit through plasterboard) the corners are double thickness of the other metal;you will destroy more plaster and have to do more patch work. Instead, screw the 4 sides in first before attempting the corners ( I would recommend some woodworking clamps also to hold it in place while you do the sides). It's also worth mentioning ( at least of the 400mm version) that you need to drop it in from above for ceilings or behind for walls, it won't fit through the hole as a flange around the edge is too wide. It's fiddly to fit but does the job once fitted. Typically these type of panels come with fixing screws and screw caps, this one does not fyi.

Does as it says on the tin!

... da sie nach dem Verputzen am Rand bis auf einen kleinen Schlitz komplett verschwindet. Gute Verarbeitung, robuste Ware, schnelle Lieferung, gute Beschreibung, einfacher Einbau. Das Verspachteln an der Seite, wo die Tür schwingt (nach dem aktuellen Foto des Shops also links) gestaltet sich etwas tricky wenn man eine schön glatte Fläche haben will, ist abba mit etwas Zeit und Übung hinzubekommen. Die Kommunikation zwischen Verkäufer und mir zuerst nicht so gut. Hatte mich direkt bei Lieferung bei ihm gemeldet, da ein Federschnäpper (so heißen die kleinen K***-Schluss-Mechanismen) kaputt war - allerdings auf der "falschen" email Adresse, nämlich die, welche im Impressum steht. Allerdings reagiert der Verkäufer aufgrund des hohen Arbeitsaufkommens nur auf emails, die hier über amazon gesendet werden <<< wichtig zu wissen! Hinterher war der email Kontakt oke, allerdings mag ich es nicht, wenn hier Angaben gemacht werden (Impressum), die der Endverbraucher dann nicht nutzen soll. Egal. Für meine Zwecke, nämlich um bei einem selbstgebauten Trockenbau-Regal an die Elektrik zu kommen sehr genial. Habe die Klappe dann noch mit einem Minions-Aufkleber kaschiert, so dass sie erst auf den 2ten / 3ten Blick auffällt ... :)

Arrivato nel tempo stabilito... perfetto facile da montare e sprattutto se viene intonacato a dovere è quasi invisibile... bisogna solo stare attenti a lavoro ultimato cioè quando viene data la tinta finale,a non aprirlo tutto fino a battuta, si rischia di rovinare l'intonaco. Dovrebbe avere un fermo che non lo faccia arrivare a fine corsa in modo che non vada a sbattere sulla vernice. In verticale lo aprite con l'angolazione che volete,ma in orizontale se non si sta attenti si rischia. Nel complesso è un bel prodotto.
