That's not good.
Bought this new board for my setup, it came properly packed but when opening the CPU cover was off, nothing unusual until now. After installing all the parts I tried to turn it on, didn't work and when I took everything out of the board something fried one of my CPU pads. Upon inspection it looked like some of the pins disappeared and other pins were bended. It might be worth mentioning that it's not my first PC build so I know exactly how to handle those things and what to look for.Now wish me luck to go through the Gigabyte support and try and fix this... which won't happen.Update: As expected, they avoided any kind of questions and left me to fix the mess.
