The unit looks well made, and the instructions provided did allow for the necessary adaptations to our particular door. Upon installation, we couldn’t slide the inside handle back to the lock position without shortening the locking rod slightly. With this modification the inside handle did snap into its locking position where the handle would not pull off. There should be some predetermined or pre-measured snap off adjustments to the locking rod for different door thicknesses.

This hardware failed almost immediately, as far as rotating the red/green occupancy indicator. Extremely cheap, residential inner parts design. Re-installed the original door hardware, which is Falcon brand and is multiple times more sturdy and "commercial quality". Am asking for refund and return.

I use these for commercial bathroom applications. Needs to be lubed while installing but looks and operates great.

The media could not be loaded. Gosh, would be a very good lock except the handles fall off. I bought two. They are both doing it. Can't use it.
