Really cute!

Lashanah Tovah! Having just celebrated the Jewish New Year, this plate was a lovely way to display the apples that are traditionally dipped in honey to symbolize a wish for a sweet year. The honey dish, however, will probably not come out again. It is too small to put much honey into it. There were 4 adults at my table and I think the honey was gone by the time the little plate got to person #2. The dipper just dripped honey all over the table, too. I could see putting a honey jar on the honey dish and use that as a saucer but it's not effective for serving straight honey. It's too small and entirely too shallow. But the wood burn design into the apple plate was just perfect on my table.

A lovely set of apple and honey plates for Rosh Hashanah, this is a charming and unique set, perfect for entertaining and as a holiday gift. High-quality bamboo and durable! I am satisfied and excited for the upcoming holiday! Great price!
