I think it depends on your skin type and skin sensitivity. I've used it a few days a week, as I have a very sensitive skin.

Can this be used on your face

It is quite course and excellent for my feet and legs, smell is amazing and really works. Person I wouldn’t use the product on my face. There are lots of face scrubs around that would be better. I hope you find one that suits.

Can I use this scrub daily?

I use this almost daily but only on my feet and sometimes on my hands. I love it.
