I bought this handheld sprayer because I wanted something easy to install that would actually work for cleaning and basic bathroom use. It was straightforward to set up. The kit came with the parts I needed and I had it connected to the toilet in a few minutes without any trouble. The sprayer works well and the pressure is strong. I can keep it gentle for normal use, but it also gets powerful enough for cleaning the toilet or rinsing things out. The handle feels solid and the hose does not feel cheap. I like that it has a shutoff valve next to the toilet. I leave the water off when I am not using it so there is no pressure on the line. That gives me peace of mind. Just for extra info, we have some little ones and we primarily use reusable diapers, and let me tell you, the experience of having to deal with those in a washer/drier or sink setup was MISERABLE. This has been an insanely helpful updgrade for dealing with those diapers. The noise level is a little loud, but come on, it's spraying water into a toilet bowl... what are you gonna do? Water pressure has been good the whole time we've used it, haven't noticed any problems in that regard. Overall, it has been reliable and useful. If you want a simple sprayer that installs fast and feels sturdy, this one has worked well for me.

Super easy to install. I'm not a fix -it/DIY girl but I hooked it up in about 30 minutes. Probably could do it in 10 minutes. Works great. Better cleaning because you have control of what areas you want to target. The other bidets that have set sprayers are not as effective. The other advantage of having a hand held sprayer is that you can use it to remove "gunk" from clothes, shoes etc. Anything that can be safely flushed. It is a great value. There haven't been any leaks. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Well made. SThe included 3-way valve fit my Kohler toilet with no other fittings needed. The full on spray is uncomfortable but the lower spray feature when you first press the handle halfway is just fine. Installation Instructions are fairly easy to understand, but my toilet tank has too thick of a wall to use the included bracket. Instructions tell you how to remove the bracket and there are 2 included screws and plastic anchors for drywall install but the screws seem too short to hold, so I used 2 of my own screws and attached to a stud behind the drywall. I would not trust using the drywall anchors. If I add anymore such sprays in my house, I will definitely purchase this again.

(Day 1 review) Good quality. Good feel. Easy to install. Instructions easy to follow. All parts provided. Works great. Pressure is good and not crazy that it will hurt your skin. Spray shape is straight. Trigger is soft and easy to press. Pressure control is moderately easy.

I've purchased a few of these. At our old home, we had zero issues for probably two or more years. We had to replace one in our new house when we changed out the toilet, but for about 18 months, it worked perfectly. These are great. More sanitary, in my opinion, than an in-toilet option, ans useful for so many things. When the two we purchased more recently had issues, I contacted the manufacturer. It seemed like a middleman issue since we had previously had no problems at all. We just wanted to add one to our second bathroom and were forced to replace our older one. The manufacturer wasted no time in sending me replacements and so far, so good. I also have the added security of knowing that, should an issue arise, the manufacturer stands behind their products. Installation is straightforward. Highly recommend, but put a water alarm nearby, just to be safe in case of a hose or valve issue -- which is a smart move no matter what bidet you end up using, or even if you don't have one.

Super piece of kit. Beautifully-made. Only one quibble; the end fittings are not a standard UK size and you may need to buy a set of push-fit parts to build your own isolating tap, as I did. You could do without an isolating tap, but you need to be aware that it will be the only tap in your bathroom which will otherwise not drip automatically into a plughole, so particularly if you are going on holiday there is a (very vague) risk of it leaking onto the floor. Personally, I think it's so well-made that there's very little risk of this occurring. The jet is strong enough to wash the toilet bowl, which is what we bought ours for. The water in the UK is a bit cold for use as a "personal cleansing" bidet, but I think you'd get used to it. Recommended.

Me gustó mucho esta versión, antes de este producto regresé otra versión de una marca distinta porque tuvo fuga en la conexión de la pistola y la manguera era de resorte. Con ésta no hubo ninguna falla ni fuga, muy contento con el producto.

The fittings are not South African metric they are American Imperial so the change over to the toilet cistern won’t fit, and the output to the supply neither. Do not supply to this market or buy!!
