I bought this item and there was no indication that it was the Canadian French keyboard version rather than the US version which is what I wanted. It has a few unique differences than the US version. I didn't discover it until after I opened the item and set it up with multiple programs and apps - and beyond the return window without a restocking fee.It seems to work fine so far, I just would have expected a more up front product description. I'm stuck with it now. That's what I get for shopping after market.

My previous laptop finally gave out and I had to get a new one and while the price tag did scare me a bit I went ahead and bought this laptop. I'm a college student who never stops so I need a device to keep up with me. The galaxy book 3 pro 360 fit all my needs and I am absolutely loving it so far. I will say that on the listing it says you get an s pen but I didn't receive one and I got a piece of paper saying that it was not included in my purchase. Well that is a bummer I can just buy one here on Amazon. It charges fast it's light it has a good battery life and works very smooth. I'm especially excited to take notes using the touch screen . Anyways, 10/10 I recommend.

Samsung is a joke. Loved the idea of the computer but the screen cracked and cut my finger after one month. Do your research. I’m left paying 1200 on a computer I am using packing tape on.

Received, but didn't open and transfer data for awhile. When I did I realized it was not a touch screen as suggested in the item's page title and was too late to return. Appstore is limited in options. Otherwise, works fine.

I bought this laptop 6 months ago and they messed up my payment on their end for the care plan and didn't notify me not once, the TouchPad was extremely glitchy, cutting out and not working at all at some points. I sent it out to get fixed and they told me nothing was wrong, and sent it back with a cracked screen. Canceled my care plan and then told Me to deal with the broken laptop, the quote I got to fix it at their stores was 1000 at the least im never buying another Samsung device again.
