This floating shelf is a great addition to our rustic Northwoods cabin bathroom. It was simple to install and it also comes with a towel bar that we are not using. You can also find the ball jar/mason jar holders shown in the photo on Amazon.We get many compliments on how nice our bathroom looks. The shelf allows us to have a clear, neat, minimalist bathroom counter space.The shelf weight is very nice, however, we did screw it into the wall studs and used anchors that we purchased ourselves. We did not use the screws and anchors that came with the shelf. It was very easy to install. Once you use your tape measure and level to create a straight line from anchor to anchor, the shelf installation took 5 minutes.There was no weird offgassing smell when we open the box. I think the two shelves are great value for the money. We are using the second shelf in our bedroom with electric candles that create a very nice ambience. The jars that we have on the shelf are pretty heavy. However, the shelf seems to be very stable and has been performing well for a couple of weeks. Since there are two shelves in the pack, this purchase is a great value for the money.

These are simple, good looking shelves of sturdy quality. Easy to hang. There's one hanging bar that optionally can be attached to a shelf; if you done a good job of securely attaching the shelf to the wall, the bar seems strong enough to hold kitchen utensils or a few pots.

Love how it looks and pleasantly surprised by how much it can hold! I bought the S-hooks separately.Only drawback for me was the screws and anchors provided for install. Screw heads strip pretty easily if using a power drill, and it’s kinda tricky to tighten the screws into the wall since they’re located between the gold bar and white shelf - I ultimately had to use a screw driver (granted, this would have been easier with a second person).The drywall anchors went in fine after drilling a pilot hole, but the insides of them were too tight for the screws provided to twist in all the way. Would recommend using larger anchors. I drilled a small pilot hole into the actual anchors, which you’re probably not supposed to do, but it worked for me lol.Very important to measure and mark where you’re going to drill before drilling! I used painters tape/pencil/level and still had to adjust one of them after drilling, so you want to make sure this is accurate.Overall really happy with my purchase and installation depends on your skill level / supplies on hand, so I’d still give the product itself 5 stars.

UPDATE - I reached out to the company directly to bring to their attention my concern with my order and they were more than happy to work with me on a resolution. When I had a similar flaw show up on a replacement set (which they assure me is extremely rare), the owner himself reached out to me.I will admit that besides these cosmetic flaws the shelves are quite beautiful. They're stable, structurally sound and fairly easy to install (although it's almost impossible to use a drill to install the screws with the metal edging in the way, so be prepared with a manual screwdriver). When researching options there are not many alternatives with a protective rail on the outside. I therefore would likely purchase from this same seller again, even with the risk of flaws, should I need additional float shelves.Original review -The shelves are nice. But one arrived flawed. It's not worth my time boxing the shelves up (wrapping them to protect them), and having to pay gas and use my time to bring them to UPS, all because this company has poor poduct quality control in place.These larger shelves are expensive, so I'm very disappointed in my purchase.

I just use the shelves didn't have room for towel rack. These are great quality and look really nice.

This installed very easily, and worked out well. I was also happy to see that they even provided extra hardware on purpose. I havn't seen any product do that in a long time. It's nice to know that you have an extra for those "Just in case" situations.

I love how these turned out in a remodel of my 1/2 bath - powder room! They are the perfect over-the-toilet shelf for this sort of art deco wallpaper. Easy to install too!

I like them. Very well made and sturdy. Easy to install and they look very nice and quality. I installed them in our toy hauler camper kitchen for my wife to have a place for bread and seasonings off the counter. OH!... and more importantly... my wife likes them.

Super fácil de instalar. El toallero también se lo pones tu si quieres o no. Solo que cuando lo instale, lonobwerve y note que estaba un poco chueco la madera respecto a la parte de metal. Mi mamá más abusada me dijo que podía arreglarlo haciendo un poco de fuerza y si, lo dejo parejito. Es fecirz venía un poco chueco pero nada que la sabiduría ancestral arregle jajaja

Really really disappointed with these shelves. I wish I could have given minus 5 as a rating. There's a big chip out of the rail, dents and marks on the shelves. We are desperate to finish decorating our kitchen and can't afford the time to send them back and hope to get decent ones next time. It's as though people don't care about the quality of their products any more and will send out any old rubbish. It wasn't as though these were cheap at over £60 for what they were. I will never go near Peter's Goods again. Shame on you!PS The shelves were even worse than I thought. We found more scratches, dents and chips. There's no way we can put them on our wall so they have to be returned. As we are both disabled, it is not going to be easy but we can't afford to be over £60 out of pocket.

Very sturdy, good quality but little heavy weight and need assistance to fix it, value for money.
