The Laptop had an Unexpected Problem, but Thanks to Excellent Communication & Correspondence, the Problem was Resolved in a Timely Manner with Great Satisfaction!!! Many Thanks Adam!!! The Laptop is a Great Bargain & Runs like a Champ!!!

Refurbished and not all buttons working
The laptop looks clean, but some of the keys on the keyboard don't type when they're pressed.

No Nonsense and No Excuses
The first Precision 7550 had problems, so the refurb firm (TekRefurbs.com) responded immediately to the Amazon notification. Their technician tried several fixes and then offered to replace the unit. I sent the first one back, directly to TekRefurbs and they sent a new one - which works great! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS - Active communications with a knowledgeable representative, no nonsense and no excuses.
