The product is excellent and the ports are very useful. If there was a cover to carry it, would have been excellent. it is only of the only product with a LAN connectivity.

Great product. Small note: emits electric buzz sound after disconnecting from laptop.

When I connected it for the first time it doesn't work on my MacBook air. But one of the sellers helped me to find a solution and now it's perfect

Very good product that provides me with all the ports I need without the need for additional dongles. Ethernet is true to the speed in spec (easily handled 1Gb connection). HDMI works like a charm with 4K switcher. USB-A ports are great for peripherals that need that type of connection. Form factor is good and it does not take up space when travelling. I use the hub with 3 of my computers in live events environment, where the performance is a must and I am glad to have chosen Lention hub.

**update as of 1.28.23 - the company reached out to me about a month ago to try and resolve the problem. After no success, they sent me a new one and it works 100% of the time! If you’re having issues, let them know. Great team and highly recommend now that it’s working.** I ordered this to connect my two monitors to my macbook without having to deal with screen mirroring. Sometimes when I get to my desk, everything works perfectly. However, most of the time one of my screens won't connect, it won't charge my computer when its plugged in, or it causes extreme lagging with my mouse. I've tried different cords, screens, and mice but nothing changes. It also won't plug into your macbook with the bottom case on. If you are constantly on your computer, I would recommend looking for something that can handle more power. If you need to have something plugged into all the ports you won't have a good experience with this.

I absolutely love this hub it's great for anybody that works from home although I will say if you are a photographer or any type of creative you should get the one with the SD card reader instead but regardless amazing product
