Could just be me but the only side effect I have had that was bad was sleeplessness. As far as the product working, I have been stacking it with nothing to serious, a multivitamin, some creatine, some whey, not even a serious stack. It does let me log like 4 hours of sleep max, but I am getting some serious build and recovery too. Ill probably still use this or their other products.

This seems to work. Gets you deep sleep but just plan to get a full night or make your coffee because you will still be groggy if you take this and fall short on your 7-8hrs. As for night time growth that is to be seen. We need studies published not just my opinion. Rest is important and this is the same price as a quality melatonin supplement by itself so no harm in trying this with anabol hardcore and ripped as I ordered both. I started backwards with hardcore during a cut and will take ripped as I enter my next bulk to see if it helps with recomp and BMI after increasing caloric intake.
