I wasn't sure whether I believed ths would work, but was willing to try, knowing that I could return it if it didn't. It has exceeded my expectations, so 5*. It has been very useful for easing tight and sore muscles and tendons on me. Using on bony parts, like someone else's feet, where you don't know what they are feeling, may not be so good. For the cost of a session or two with the physio I can treat myself. Not professional quality, but very good for the price
