I was apprehensive when I found this product on Amazon sale, but when I used the product, I found that it is by far the best shaver, the best ever, I have used. I had been using electric shavers of different brands for the past 20 years but its performance has beaten everyone of them by many many miles. The sale value is very much cost effective when compared to the normal price. The difficult parts of your chin as well as on the neck below are shaved without any irritation and believe me the shave is the closest of all. Yet it does not pluck upon your skin. I found no irritation after the shave. Sometimes it was difficult to believe that I had really shaved unless I touched my chin and found that it is really very smooth. You can use it dry or wet but I suggest that you use wet shaving for longer life of the shaver. The charge is retained for nearly 50 minutes which will last you many days. An important thing is that you can shave while you listen to music because it makes very less noise in comparison to other shavers of different brands. There is one year of warranty and what to say more, it has got a trimmer as well as a nifty charger which is easy to pack while you travel. The operation is very easy. Cleaning is very easy under the running tap water and change of head from shaver to trimmer is any child's play. I would recommend this product to anyone who requires a comfortable and longer lasting shave. I thank Amazon for such a good product and the most wonderful experience of shaving.

The foil on the blade disintegrated within 5 months of use!! Didn't expect this poor quality from a German brand. Very disappointing, feel like there should be a guarantee period for the blade. The shave was reasonable. Used it daily but not a quick shave at all, takes a good 15 minutes. Required repeat runs over the neck and angles of the jaw. I don't recommend this to anyone.

The Braun Series 6 shaver is at present good close shaving experience. It’s easy to use and clean after use. I hope it continues to deliver like next 18 months at least till next replacement of blades is due.

Quality of the product is good however the performance is not as expected. Not suitable for close shave. Moreover facial skin is prone to nicks/cuts. Suitable during travelling but not for daily use.
