I would think so.Its a diamond shine finish( I use it on wood)Dries quickly too.Very glossy

I would say it is ok to use on diamond painting. it does dry clear. It is best to leave it overnight to dry properly. I would apply it to a scrap piece first to try out the effect you want cos you caneed get different finishes depending on how thick or thin a coat you apply. Hope this helps .

Is this waterproof for something going outside?

Yes it does. the surface is plasticky and shiny after using triple thick. I could not leave w/o it now. It's a must to decoupage for me.

Can you use on clear acrylic

I don't see why not as it's a clear liquid!
