I love this bar not too heavy! Perfect for using doing my outside walk! It did have a cut in the padding but other than that good quality!

I bought these for at home physical therapy and I’m thrilled with them. My physical therapist was also impressed with the quality and variety of weights. I am hoping to purchase the heavier set at some point in m the future, I just can’t swing an additional costs at the moment. I’ve been in physical therapy for almost 9 months, recovering from a severe accident. These have been the extremely helpful in rebuilding my arm and shoulder strength. I highly recommend them.

I have two heavier bars but needed a lighter version post-surgery. It has worked out great by itself and to supplement dance workouts. Very well made. It has no padding but needs none being so light at 10 pounds.

Nicely protecting ends for laying it on the floor without worrying about scuffs.
