NO LONGER HOSTAGE AND HUNGRY DURING BABY'S SLEEP!
This is the real "baby shower" gift! Follow the registry and all that, but my goodness this has saved our marriage and bodies. Since becoming parents, we've bemoaned that we can't eat (anything warm) once baby's asleep. Everything is so unnecessarily loud and has no off button. Want to turn on the oven? Great, every button is going to beep as you turn it on, but then that's not it, because it'll sing a song when it's done preheating before you have to make another beep again to turn it off. Want to turn on the microwave? Again, every button touch is a beep before you have a whole song when it's ready! We found ourselves doing ridiculous things like "don't forget to put 9 minutes on the microwave before baby goes to sleep" so that we could minimize the beeps to just one when starting it, then staying in front of it the whole time and opening the door before it finished. Sometimes that one beep would still wake up our baby, though. The ability to turn the sound off was the answer to our prayers. I hadn't known it existed, but--in retrospect quite thankfully!--our new apartment didn't have a microwave. We've bought then given away 4+ microwaves at this point, so we were pretty peeved and initially planned to get one for free from Marketplace. But then we saw this one. We saw that the holy grail of a silent appliance existed. We saw that an appliance designer had finally heard our prayers?! So here we are, living like royalty, eating warm food at night and during nap time and anytime the mood strikes us. Microwave is truly silent, we can use whatever features we'd like, we no longer have to ration off the remaining time or beeps or fight over whether warming food up is worth waking the baby. We got the smaller size, which is (barely) large enough for our largest dinner plate. Seems to heat food up evenly and spins well. It is a little slower than microwaves we've used in the past, but not by much. The eco mode does seem to turn itself off, which is annoying. Overall, still love this purchase!

Compact and attractive, but lights are too bright!
This microwave tucks right into the spot between my kitchen sink and the wall. It's roomier inside than you might think, and the darker color of the inside walls hides splatters while being really easy to wipe down. It's not the strongest of microwaves, but I prefer the lower wattage given the electrical setup in my apartment. Problems and solutions: If you notice bubbling on the button panel after a while, it's because you didn't peel off the clear plastic sheet that protects them during shipping. Also, the display lights are an extremely bright cold blue light, so bright it hurt my eyes to walk past it late at night. To fix this I bought orange adhesive film meant for brake lights and placed two layers of it over the display. It's still very bright, but no longer hurts my eyes. Overall this is great for a smaller apartment or dorm room.

Looks great!
Very pleased with the Chefman 0.7 microwave. I previously purchased the 0.7 Faberware did not like it. Chefman is bigger looking and clock much brighter. Easy to use, fits my needs.

MOLD-Poor ventilation
This microwave is garbage. I’ve had it for a little over a year and I put it in the garbage this week. The heating power is very weak and shortly after I bought it, it started smelling like mold. I’ve tried cleaning it with various things to get the stench out and have had no luck. I wipe it down regularly inside and out and it doesn’t help. The inside has begun to rust and the paint is flaking off. I fear for my family’s safety with this thing. Are we consuming mold? The smell got so bad this week, I couldn’t take it anymore. From the get go, it was not meeting our needs. In size, it fit perfectly in our small apartment but I can’t have my family eating mold.

THE BEST !!!
I got this little Microwave for my office at work. Its very nice, has many useful features, and is just the right size for a dorm room or office. Its quiet, heats fast, and is easy to keep clean. It has a bright internal light that comes on when the door is opened, and it has a very smooth turntable inside. You just can't go wrong with this one. Its a keeper. I ordered one for our mini-bar in the family room, and one for my man-cave. Well worth the excellent price.

Eh
It does the job, but isn’t great. Food is usually cold in the middle.

This microwave is okay and does the job, especially for the price. It’s fairly basic and feels a bit lightweight, but it heats food as expected. One thing to note is that the door opens using a button located high up in the handle, which isn’t immediately obvious. Once you know it’s there, it’s fine — but it may take a moment for first-time users to figure out.

To whom cares!!! I am very disapointed with this product. I have an older one which I'm very happy with! This is why I brought another one . The latching system for the door is terrible you have to hold the microwave when opening the door and if you don't you drag it across the counter. A horrible product to buy!!!! I would not even give it a 1 star !! Only cause I had to!!
