Underrated prenatal with real nutrient coverage for pregnancy + breastfeeding.
Underrated prenatal for breastfeeding, actually covers the real gaps (choline, magnesium, iodine, methylated Bs) My wife has used a lot of prenatals (including the “popular” brands), and FullWell is the first one that feels like it was designed by someone who understands what commonly gets missed in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Why I think it’s underrated: many prenatals look good on the front label, but they’re light on the nutrients that are harder to consistently hit from diet alone, especially during lactation. FullWell has a more complete, “coverage-first” approach (not just folate + iron + a few basics). The inclusion and dosing strategy for things like choline, magnesium, iodine, zinc/selenium, and active B-vitamin forms is a big deal if you’re trying to be intentional about maternal nutrient status while breastfeeding. Our experience: Nicole took half-dose starting late pregnancy and postpartum because it’s a higher capsule count, then switched to the full dose. She tolerates it well, and it’s been a consistent, easy “baseline” that we trust. Our baby has been thriving on breastmilk, obviously that’s multifactorial (genetics, feeding frequency, sleep, etc.), but I like knowing we’re not leaving obvious micronutrient gaps on the table. Practical tip: FullWell doesn’t try to be an omega-3 product, which I actually prefer. We pair it with a separate DHA source (for us, a quality cod liver oil stored properly). I like separating these because DHA is critical during pregnancy/lactation, and I’d rather choose a dedicated product I can control for freshness and dosing. (If you do cod liver oil, just be mindful you’re also getting vitamins A/D and dose accordingly.) Bottom line: If you want a prenatal that goes beyond the “standard” formula and you’re serious about pregnancy + breastfeeding nutrition this is one of the best-constructed options I’ve found. It’s not the cheapest, and yes, it’s more capsules, but the formulation makes sense. (As always: run any supplement plan by your OB/pediatrician, especially if you’re stacking vitamin D, cod liver oil, or other add-ons.) Trustworthy, Quality Ingredients for All Stages of Motherhood
I recently started taking Fullwell Prenatal Vitamins this year, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. Even though I am not a mom-to-be, I was seeking a vitamin that I could trust, with high-quality ingredients, gentle on my digestive system, and versatile enough to use before, during, and after pregnancy. Fullwell Prenatal Vitamins exceeded all my expectations in these areas and more. One of the standout features of Fullwell Prenatal Vitamins is the trust I feel in the way the product is made. The company prioritizes transparency, ensuring that each ingredient is carefully sourced and undergoes rigorous testing for purity, potency, and safety. This level of commitment to quality reassures me that I am providing the best support for my body. As far as ingredients go, Fullwell Prenatal Vitamins boasts a well-rounded blend of essential nutrients. This vitamin covers all the bases. The fact that it contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives or allergens is a huge plus for mamas who prefer a more natural approach to their prenatal supplements. One aspect that truly sets Fullwell Prenatal Vitamins apart is their gentle formula, which takes into consideration the sensitive digestive systems often experienced during pregnancy. I have had no issues with nausea or stomach discomfort, even when taking these vitamins on an empty stomach. This gentle nature ensures that I can consistently and comfortably nourish my body without any setbacks or having to take it during a specific time of day. What I truly appreciate about Fullwell Prenatal Vitamins is their versatility. Not only can you rely on them during pregnancy to meet the unique nutritional needs of both yourself and baby, but you can also continue using them postpartum as you recover and provide nutrients while breastfeeding. This adaptability is incredibly convenient, saves the hassle of switching to a different supplement after giving birth. Fullwell Prenatal Vitamins have become an essential part of my health journey. Their trustworthiness, high-quality ingredients, gentle formula, and versatility make them a top choice for any expecting or new mother. I wholeheartedly recommend these vitamins to all moms-to-be (and not!) who are seeking a reliable and effective prenatal supplement. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Liver failure scare with these!
Vitamin caused spike in AST and ALT levels which if you don’t know- these elevate if you are the beginning stages of liver failure. I stopped taking these and not only did I feel better my levels were back to normal. If you are sensitive to vitamins I would AVOID these at all costs. They made me feel nauseous and have headaches and even though I tried lowering the daily amount it still did not help.

Preconception Nutritionist Approved ✅
As a natural fertility nutrition expert, I've scoured the supplement market for the perfect prenatal companion to complement my mission of helping women achieve an easeful natural conception, a healthy pregnancy, and a thriving postpartum journey using a holistic diet and lifestyle approach. I am thrilled to share my love for this remarkable product, the FullWell Prenatal, that checks all the right boxes. First and foremost, the dosing of choline is spot on, providing the much-needed support for hormone balance and overall fertility (most prenatals don’t even include it!). And let's not forget about the bioavailable forms of folate and other B vitamins! This little gem ensures that our bodies get exactly what they need to optimize fertility and prepare for a healthy pregnancy – it's like a nutrient symphony in a capsule! As synergistic as you can get outside of nature’s most nutrient-dense foods! But what really sets this prenatal apart from the crowd is the inclusion of the active form of vitamin A. Believe me, that's a rare find in the prenatal supplement world where most products use only beta-carotene- a vitamin A precursor that many are genetically unable to convert effectively). With this added bonus, you can rest assured knowing that your body is getting the right nutrients to flourish during this special time. Now, let's talk about the mineral absorption magic! Bound to glycine, these minerals are absorbed like a breeze. What makes me even more excited is knowing that the brand creator is no ordinary individual! Ayla Barmmer, the founder and formulator of the FullWell brand and product line, is at the forefront of her field. I can personally vouch for her expertise! I’ve taken all of the continuing education courses she offers, have hosted her multiple times on my Resilient Fertility Podcast and recommend FullWell’s full line of products to the participants of my online fertility course (Resilient Motherhood: A self-paced guide to preparing for conception and beyond) and private fertility and pregnancy coaching clients. I’ve also used this product throughout both of my motherhood journeys (because a prenatal is needed for more than just during pregnancy-preconception and postpartum are critical times that also require this nutritional support). So, ladies, if you're ready to embrace your fertility journey with confidence, I wholeheartedly recommend this prenatal supplement. Trust me, it's the perfect complement to a fertility-friendly diet, a nutrient powerhouse that's worth every cent, leading you to a happy, healthy, and thriving motherhood journey! 🌟 - Anisa Woodall, MS CN

Easy on the stomach
Looked for a different prenatal vitamin that didn’t have iron in it since iron tears my stomach up to no end. Purchased these and finally my vomiting is laid to rest. I found someone online that made a chart with every prenatal brand to compare what gives adequate nutrients needed for pregnancy, and this checked all the boxes (minus the iron). My only gripes so far have been the amount needed to take daily (it’s 8, and they’re pretty big pills). I just take two at a time and they’re pretty easy to swallow with water. Also, the smell is a little strong for me. Reminds me of the kids Flinstone’s vitamins from my childhood, but not as fun and enticing. Not awful, but with a sensitive pregnancy nose it can be a little off putting. These are pretty expensive as well, and I’d wish they were a bit more affordable, especially for just a months supply. All in all though, I’d still recommend these.

A good prenatal
I’m pretty impressed with the amount of good ingredients in these and the fact these vitamins are better than most prenatals on the market. I didn't want to take vitamins that were chock full of fillers or folic acid. I wanted something with folate instead. Folic acid is man made. I’m not sure of how well they are working and I have only been taking them for a month. I take them at night, on a full day of food because they can cause nausea/vomiting if taken on an empty stomach. It’s definitely better to take them with food than without. They are much more pricier than your average prenatals however you pay for what you get. And if you want clean ingredients you will most likely pay more. I’m willing to do that. They taste awful. But thats not a deal breaker for me. I would rather them taste like gross vitamins than artificial candy. The unfortunate part is that you have to take 8 of these vitamins to get your daily dose. I normally would split them up as 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening. But i normally just wind up taking all 8 at night. I ordered the ones with the lemon to help mask the taste and smell but it doesn’t really help. I recommend taking them with some juice or gatorade, to mask the taste and help you get them down. These vitamins can also make your urine smell, so don’t be alarmed. Other than stomach upset and smelly urine, I haven’t really noticed any other side effects of these yet. I’m really interested in seeing if my hair grows with them, as I have really thin and flat hair.

Never buying/trusting anything else.
These helped me have a very healthy pregnancy with IVF! Healthy embryos and healthy baby. I buy in bulk out of fear someone will find out this secret and sell them out 😂 Lemon is the one I use now , because as I became more pregnant the plain started smelling off. The lemon smells like fruity pebbles actually LOL they will oxidize very very fast and turn black, so I just use 3-4 days of pill organizers not 7.

Hated it
Really wanted to like these, but they’re awful. They taste like fish, they upset my stomach and give me indigestion, and with 8 capsules for one serving? No thanks. Wish I could get a refund. Only gave it 2 stars because it does have good ingredients.
