We loved the product. But it only worked for 5 months. I emailed the support people and got no response. So, it became an expensive experiment, so I posted a 1 star review. It seems that my initial support request was overlooked somehow--it happens. After I posted the review, the company contacted me, apologized and replaced the product. My wife is happy again :-) and the review is back to 4 Stars.

This little pump works great. Seems to be made well.

The media could not be loaded. Do not buy! Mine lasted till its first recharge. Loved it till this point. But it would make a strange clicking noise and the display would flash. By the display it was still charging. So I continued letting it charge. It worked the next wine time. But I noticed that it was at %48 after one bottle. It obviously has battery issues. Also one of the elements in the LED display has gone out. I contacted customer service and it’s been over a week with no reply. It a great idea with crappie components. DO NOT BUY!UPDATE!!!After my review the company contacted me. They ask if I wanted a replacement or FULL REFUND. After reading other reviews I decided the product has issues that more than likely will not go away. I ask for a FULL REFUND but have not received it yet.

More expense but enjoyable

Excelente producto, realmente muy importante sobretodo para el vino, tiene una funcion de aireador que esto hace que la calidad del vino se incremente muchisimo. Me gusta mucho este producto, vale la pena y lo recomiendo al 100%. Siempre lo limpio bombeando agua despues de usarlo, lo cuido mucho. Y el vendedor es bastante amigable una de las mejores compras que he hecho tanto con el articulo asi como con el vendedor
